I was not as happy with the 2 Dentists who provided dental work. My cap & filling were left with a huge gap that I must floss after any meal because gap is way too large and food will just in gap, very gross. When asked to have fixed I was told I would have to pay for a whole new cap, I dont believe I should have to pay for poor service. Second, I switched silver fillings to white that are now very sensitive to hot/cold. While this work was being performed I opened my eyes to see the dentist mouthing something to the assistant he did not want me to hear. I found that very unproffessional & made me feel like something was wrong with me. Since staff was so nice I stayed with them for a couple years, but could not get over paying higher prices for work that was not done right. *7/7/2012 via Direct* --- **steve** - 1/5 > I used a groupon special since I didn't have any insurance at the time. I knew I had a cavity because I was experiencing some discomfort. I called for a quote to fill the cavity and was told anywhere from 150-250 max. Well once I got there for my check up, I was told I had four cavities that needed to be filled. I chose to hold off on two and just fix two due to financial reasons. When I got my bill, it was well over 700 for two fillings. How is that possible if I was told 250 max per cavity? Anyways, the work was very cheap. There was a gap between my filling and tooth that caused food buildup everytime I ate. I continued to experience sensitivity around the filling everytime I brushed or ate food so I recently saw my family dentist who informed me that the fillings had already chipped and that I did NOT have any other cavities. So in other words, this placed tried to rip me off big time by claiming I needed more fillings. I was also told by my dentist that the quality of work on the fillings were poor and that's why they had already chipped. If you are going to charge people high end for your services, then make sure you give them top level service.
