It is impossible to accomadate all at once,we should be thankful that we even get these rides. I've used other companies 1 year ago,but have found AAA medical transportation to be the one im most happy with,i am on medical and have been treated with the best service,i would recommened AAA medical transportation to anyone who needs transportation services.Thank you AAA medical transportation","rating":5,"date_published":"2011-09-08"},{"author_name":"mydog","review_text":"I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you have Medi-Cal insurance. The first several times I used this company, the service was fine. (I am in a wheelchair). However, this quickly changed. I was late for several doctor appts. because Laura (owner) either forgot my ride request or her drivers were more than 20 minutes late in picking me up. The last time I used this company, when I called to be picked up from an appt. I was told by Laura a driver would be there in 20 - 25 min., which was fine. However, after waiting an hour, in an empty parking lot after 5:30 p.m. and calling the company 2 more times, I was lectured in a very rude manner about her (Laura) being over-booked. Then she proceeded to tell me that she had clients who used her service 3 times a week and they were more important to her than I was because I only used her service 1 - 2 times a week. The next appt. I had, which she had booked as a "standing appt", I called the day prior  and left a message on her answering machine stating I was calling to confirm my ride for the following day and asked Laura to please call me if there were any problems. She did not return my call. The following day I was scheduled to be picked up for a 10:00  appt ("standing appt"). When I called Laura at 9:50 that morning to ask if I would be picked up, she informed me that "actually, no." She then stated in a very rude manner that again, I was not "important enough" because she had clients "who rely on me 3 times a week and I have to take care of them first". She denied I had left her a message the prior day and told me she would not transport me anymore and hung up on me. This same day she also refused services and failed to notify my neighbor who was also waiting to be picked up for a dr. appt. This company is NOT the only transportation company in Fresno that accepts Medi-Cal insurance. I have called several others and have found a courteous, polite company who is reliable and honest. I strongly recommend that you use one of the other services in Fresno and do not expect to be treated respectfully by this company and do not expect her to be reliable or dependable.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-01-06"}]}
