Office never got information or appointments  correct- charged me for private pay- worst of all driver drove straight out of Fast and Furious- so frightening to my 101 year old Dad, his wife, and I. When I informed the office, the owner got on the phone and blamed us for everything. This is definitely not a medical transport service!!!
