> I finally found an excellent frame artist in Fresno. Andy has Art & the Artist on the SW corner of Bullard and Palm. He is talented, very helpful with mat & frame choices (and there are so many!) and is reasonably priced so that we can all have our art beautifully framed (or re-framed) now! Show it off!!!
