I was greated very kindly upon walking in. I had an idea of what i wanted but was not completely sure. The salesman had many wonderful suggestions as to the type of product i was describing. I purchased delivery after being told that It included set up, inspection, and covered any tech appointments for a whole year. Each piece i was told comes with a one year warranty, which is GREAT! I also purchased the 5 yr warranty that covers ANY accidents! Wow!
