I disassembled the machine, which I thought was easy and well designed, discovered a broken fan, and took the part to the dealer. The man was so rude it was ridiculous and the more questions I asked, the more I realized he  new nothing about the machines. I was sold the wrong bags, twice and then he refused to give me a refund for his error.
