Not only the business aspect but the costumer service. The manager, damien, is far from manager status. He is unprofessional, dishonest and lazy. He says he will take care of things and then never does. He doesn't admit to any wrong on his side of the equation so it is best to go above him to the vice president Henry. I have read a lot of bad reviews about him and after having to deal with him myself I have sadly found out personally that those were all very true. Don't go through a-l financial!!! On top of that , only way to make a payment is through western union (where they charge u an arm and a leg of fees! Only to make a payment) or if you go to their office.
