My husband and I hired his company to provide catering service for our wedding. And not only did we hire him for catering job, but to our delight we were also able to have them provide all rental equipment: tables, chairs, linen, china, flatware and glassware. and disc jockey service it was great to deal with just one company to take care of all our needs. After sitting down with Joe and going over what our needs were. Joe went above and beyond to make our wedding day as special as possible. Let's start with dinner our guest had a choice of beef,chicken or fish plus sides, rolls with butter and tea as refreshment. and as for rental equipment it was great everything was beautiful. and last but not least the music. Joe had 4 meetings with us to go over music and itinerary for our wedding just to make sure everything was what we expected. He was so kind and most attentive to our needs he made both my husband and I feel so relaxed knowing he took care of everything for our wedding. I truely feel God had a hand in getting us together with this fine gentleman. I would urge any one who is planning an event to get in contact with Joe and let him and his staff fulfill your needs. He won't disappoint and you will be glad to have had him and his services to guide you. Oh and last but not least by no means. He gave us such a wonderful price for our wedding. What should of cost us well over $15,000 well just let me tell you my husband and I were ,ore than happy to write check for Joe. He is truely a magic maker and a very professional individual. Last Friday we had a party for about 35 people (he made Mexican Food, but he also makes almost any kind of food) that was a blast. Every guest was delighted with the food and service they provided.
