I own a business so I understand customer service and how people should be treated. In this directory they offer free listings. For businesses to list in every directory it can get pretty pricey. SO when I called to have my business listing corrected after I was assured it would be done the year before...not only was one of the two owners RUDE, but haggled me to advertise and then when I said NO he told me that this was the info provided by AT&T and I would have to take it up with them.....let's just say an unhappy customer tells 10 people while a happy one tells only 1....I am telling everyone. Thank you for your wonderful (HAHA)customer service. I will pass it along to all the local business clients you have! Still not fixed in the new book, thanks so much!","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-11-12"}]}
