Mr. Arnold came to my home to fix 2 broken furnaces. I had been told by a service person from another local company that the part needed to fix just one of my units would cost $800 and that didn't include labor. Mr. Arnold was able to fix both my units quickly (within 3 hours of my first contact with his business) for $275, parts and labor included. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly. I was being scammed by the first serviceman. The part he told me was bad was not the problem, and Mr. Arnold informed me that even if it had been, he would have only charged $400 parts and labor to fix it. It is hard to know who to trust sometimes. Mr. Arnold proved himself to me.
