I had went to his shop to look at his showroom to see the style of security door(s) that I has wanted. We had talked and I had told him that I was worried about using his company due to the bad comments or complaints that I have found on line. He had apologized for that and said that another family member was running his business. Larry had told me that he has been in business for about 25yrs. And jst wants another chance to prove his Quality and professionalism to the public. He came out and gave me an estimate, then told me that he can have both doors rdy in a week. I paid him in full upfront, put my trust and money in him.. And told him PLEASE don't let me down!!! I called him two days before the delivery date & he had told me don't worry Steve I'll be there. On the day of delivery he showed up as promised with his guys and nicely done installation. The security doors were clean with attention to detail.A complete pleasure to work with and most of all cheapest price in town with great quality of iron works. You have to keep calling and bugging him only to be told he will be out on a certain day and he doesn't show up. Made me nervous considering I paid half up front. But after close to a month he finally came out and installed the doors. Service sucked but the doors are very well made and the installation was great. If you use this business make sure you stay on him and keep calling.
