> I couldn't agree more. I wish I could give zero stars. Our switch to this company has been a total nightmare. They deny almost every single claim. HORRIBLE!!!!

> This is by far the worst insurance company I've ever had. My employer selected them - I would fire them, otherwise. I have had 11 claims this year, and every EOB has been full of errors. I am on the phone with them several times a week trying to get them to honor their contract. The employees are rude and condescending. I am praying my employer switches to a new provider next year. Given all of the complaints from me and my fellow employees, I believe they will.

> why you need them? only talk to major carrier. my wife complaint and she is told by direction boss this is protocalls for 50 years you did many reading for this posts. possibly you will celebrate this company owning going out of business second times.

> minus zero.If they ever go out of business, I will throw a party.  Basically, this company is more aggressive in denying claims then the major carriers that it represents. Since my company switched to them every other claim I and my dependents have had, has been denied, then fought, and won. I think they just want to wear you down. If you are in the same unfortunate situation, complain to your HR department, so many colleagues are suffering in silence. If you are a Benefits Analyst, or CEO, etc., please don't cheapen your benefit package by hiring this people. I would rather have a higher deductible then deal with them. I would put more details, but rather be anonymous because as crappy as it is, I still need health insurance.

Reason why I left.Gossip galore,there rude fake politeness around clients and owners.I needed help and no one offered they just sat and watched and in the process I ended up getting hurt and they just turned there head's.again good company disgraceful employee's
