It took me almost three months to get an answer. I dont care how cheap the rent is, don't do it. They are the worst!! They are cheap because you will have to fix things out of your pocket. They tell everyone they need a co signer and charge 25 dollars for a credit check. Very rude, they lie, they take advantage of people. You need something fixed. They will tell you to be home they will be there between these hours and will not show up. If you dont keep calling them, they will not COME!! BEWARE of employee Olga, she is rude and lies, catch her on a lie, she gets VERY Defensive and starts treating you by deny your application OR like she did us she had no one come to our house just like she had threaten. You will get nowhere with the supervisors, no HELP at all. They had one of their worker come fix the plugs on the wall because PG& E said they we loss, the man made holes in the walls. Now im scared they wont give us our deposit back. Please dont rent from them. Their apartments and houses are dirty and Infested with Cockroaches.
