For a ceiling headliner, Kirk claimed to be rushed when he "did not hear" me say "Yes" to his question "Does it have a "slider" ceiling window. So he quoted $225 total for a 2001 Honda Civic headliner. And I remember him being rushed and busy on the phone. Like most of us, an inadequate multi-tasker. So, I believed him. Then at the "drop off" the estimate with the slider became $350. Then when we get home we notice that the driver's side body door gasket is cracked, but not when we brought it in. Kirk says we will work on it, solve the problem, and will go to a wrecking yard and find another. Bottom line: excellent price and excellent work. IT LOOKS REALLY GOOD. I will return if anything goes wrong or I need additional work on any vehicle. Kirk is 100% responsible and honest. I doubt I could have done better in Fresno or Clovis, and I refuse to drive farther for any savings whatsoever as my time is more important than my money or energy. Also the lever on the passenger seat was very hard to pull up and down,and they fixed that as well. The owner Norm was very knowledgeable,and the price he quoted me was fair.I also liked that he didn't add on any extra charges to the bill ! The whole experience was a good one and I would definitely use him again. Thanks again Norm for the great job!!
