> The front desk was rude and unhelpful. The reservation was made through thier reservation counter and yet they refused to allow us a room. After telling them we had the res code they said oh well, and the manager refused to come out and speak to us. The room was for a grandfather  and his grandchildren who are all well behaved and mannered. So in the dark of night they left a old man and teens sitting beside the road. I will not frequent this location again and will reccomend to others to avoid it as well.

> Put on hold forever when called to make reservation.  Agent said he was "Only one there" and would call me back.  Never happened.   Stayed only because a group was there.  First night was O.K. but counter person was totally incompetent at check in.  Night # 2 so much noise in the hotel we were constantly awakened.  Would NEVER stay at or recommend this hotel.
