Our fridge and washer had to be replaced (with equally as old appliances by the way) and had old, frayed stained carpet upon move-in. Parking is horrible unless you want to walk five minutes to where you live, and unless you are living in the center of the complex, traffic is always heard, especially in the early hours of the morning - EVERY morning!
