Friendly professional clean *10/11/2014 via Direct* --- **Lisa M\.** - 1/5 > Hi, Pacific Storage, and to all the people who were at the auction on January 9, 2014 last (THURS.), in which I knew nothing about,I would have never ever abandoned 43 year's of my life, that was in storage #952 a big 20x30 storage and #156 a 10x15 storage I don't really remember the sizes right now, just all the contents for both, knowing what a great impact it would be on my life,kids and grandkids, I was in constant communication with you. Right now I am feeling very very betrayed and deceived, I was never notified at all, by phone or email etc. my daughter has 2 storages at Pacific Storage and Howard you told me about them when they were behind, I was going to pay them for her so they would not get sold. Wow Howard you could have emailed me, I usually get an email but not this time, or called one of us in my file to at least give us a chance to pay it, I thought it was paided already, but I guess it was not. The last time I talked to you at the endof December 2013, you said that you did not know the date of the next auction, my daughter said that she was in to and you never mentioned my storages to her at all. I just found out on my FB page, by my oldest child last (Sat.)January 11, 2013 that 43 year's of my life was sold, 32 year's of her life, 29 year'sof my son's life, 26year's of my other daughter's life, 23 year's of my otherson's life, and 19 year's of my babies life was sold, and she called you about picture's and other personal items, because she was devasted when she found out. I explained to you about my situation,my unemplyment note coming and I tryed to file my 2012 taxes on Oct.15 but my W's were in my storage right in the front, but you said that I had to make a payment to get them, I had to beg to get them in Nov. by then there was no efiling it was closed, I had to download and mail the papers to the IRS, which would take 6 weeks and I explained that to you. I have a payment that was awarded saying how much unemployment I was suppose to receive but did not and there was more than one person who would have paidfor my life to be saved, my family is devasted to say the least, all our personal business and life was sold out from under us, with out so much as a notice. It took me this long to write this because I am painfully devasted to say the least, that thing's from my deceased father, brother, grandmother, mom, and friend's were sold too, and the rest I worked my tail off as a single mother to get, while also going to school and I don't appreciate this at all.
