> They sure helped me. Called on these guys late on a Saturday, a new spa (that they didn't hook up) blew everything in my breaker box, they had a tech at my front door within an hour ready to work. Not only did they fix the problem, but the tech helped case down the PG&E tech TWICE to get us power again before night fall. Bright and early the next morning as promised the tech returned with the new main panel and got right to work. He had everything he needed for the job on his truck, no little side trips, no excuses, the job got done fast and at a fair price. Not one problem with the fine people at Performance, as a matter of fact next week I'm calling them to install new lighting in my backyard. I won't waste my money on a company that has poor service or bad workmanship.

> Ugh, these guys were awful. The first day we had a two-hour window, they didn't show up at all. The second day they were half an hour late. Then, when they got here, he realized there wasn't any problem, the light switch plate just needed to be pushed into the wall. But he charged us full price, and then complained when I wouldn't let him charge me more to change the plate! He even complained when I asked him to look at a different light that was flickering in our bathroom. Just not really great service.
