> Had a very bad experience with these guys - bought some $200+ soccer shoes for my daughter only to discover that they were a tiny bit small after the first practice. No sympathy from the owner David - "they are used shoes now and we don't return used shoes". Not even as a partial trade-in for some other shoes? Not even using your Adidas connection to get some customer good-will? Did not care one bit....So be careful - they don't know how to spell customer service AFTER the sale...
