One of the people there said they would fix and now they are saying they wont. Don't take car through their will ruin your car and leave you with messed up car. When I explained to the General Manager that he should not address customer in the fashion that he was because it was bad business, he replied: “Whatever.” They do not put up enough vacuum hoses, and they get upset if you like to take a few minutes to detail your car. You can do better else-where. Don’t waste your time! *Invalid Date via Direct* --- **amytrip** - 1/5 > Today, Friday April 16th 2010, My husband and I went to Riverpark Express Car Wash to get our car's carpets cleaned because of an orange juice spill on the floor of the back seat. We arrived at the car wash and decided to get an exterior wash before we got the carpet and mats cleaned. We saw a sign that advertised carpet and mat cleaning for 39.99. We paid 5 dollars to get the car washed and then pulled around to the service area. We waited 10 minutes and no employees came up to us. My husband then went and found an employee and brought him over to explain the situation. He told us that it was going to be 60 dollars. I said "Whoa, wait a minute. The sign says that it is 39.99" He said "Oh, that sign was there before and it is not our sign." I said "Well, it is not right to have a price up there that you are not going to give customers." He then told me he would bring the price to 50 dollars. I told him to let my husband and I talk about it and then we would let him know. He walked away and we decided that we really needed the carpets washed so we pulled into the stall. My husband went and told the employee that we were ready and he said they would be there in a minute. We went over to the seating area where we could see our car. We waited 15 minutes and no one came over. I did not understand why no one was coming over, because there were no other customers there. While we waited some more, 2 of the 5 employees walked by us and just said "Hey" then they went to the snack machines and got food and sodas. Then they walked past us again. We waited another 10 minutes and still no one came around. We were both getting a little frustrated so we decided we had waited long enough and so we left. So in all, we waited 35 minutes.
