If you have a problem with your order do not expect them to make it right. Once they have your money they don't care about you. They will say anything to make a sale even if that means lying. Rick Perez told me that I would be getting more than 25 tons of compost if I order 25 yrds because they only sell it by the yard. I specifically told Rick "oh it sounds like I would be getting a better deal by the ton and HE said, "Actually you would be getting a better deal with us because a yard weighs more than a ton." When the compost arrived there was 25 yards but only 15 tons. Before ordering I specifically told rick that i was looking for 25 tons and he said I would get more than 25 tons if i ordered 25 yards. I did not know the difference in yards and tons and relied on Ricks Knowledge to get the best deal. I did not expect him to lie to me just to make the sale. When I called back with a problem Rick told me he had made a mistake but there was nothing he could do about it because his boss said tough luck. My pond filter was broken when I tried to open and service the filter. I took my broken filter to Rosenbalm and describe what happens to the filter. Ryan quicky called the manufacture, after he hung up the phone, Ryan said he will replace my filter at no charge. That was the best customer service I ever received. The staff, Eric is my pond guy and he's awesome, is SUPER friendly and the pricing is excellent.
