> Worst customer service ever.  Our waitress didn't know the menu and we kept having to repeat ourselves and point to the menu in order for her to understand.  We had appetizers, soup and salad that came with our dinner, it took 45 minutes for her to bring some of it out.  She said the rest of our appetizers weren't ready.  She never asked if we needed drink refills, we had to flag her down. We also had to grab our own silverware and napkins because even though we made a reservation, our table wasn't set up. An hour later, the food started coming one plate at a time. We noticed people that had arrived after we did were getting their food faster, some of which took longer to prepare and cook than what we ordered. 2 1/2 hours later, we were still missing 2 entrees. Everyone else had finished eating.  The waitress said she would check on it, but didn't even apologize.  It turns out she screwed up and didn't even put that part of our order in and says she got confused because she didn't know what it was.  So instead of asking us and putting it in, she didn't do anything.  Then she brought our order and it was wrong. We asked for the manager and he apologized for her and said he would have them make our order right.  Obviously we weren't going to wait any longer. so he took the food we never got off of the tab and gave a little bit of a discount.  Needless to say, we're never going back.
