> I scheduled regular trips for PT for 2 months in advance, same time and place, twice a week.  Since it's for PT I **must** be on time or I will be turned away.  I think their missed pickup times is about 25% of my total trips.  Personnel are friendly and capable, but there is a problem with dispatch and scheduling.
