She tends to the phones and patients and the same time and it takes twice as long. Very bad customer service on her part. She also makes you make an appointment just to pick up your glasses after waiting 3 to 4 weeks for them to come in when you really need them. He is conscientious and performs a thorough exam. He goes above and beyond what is expected of him. The office is nice, the staff members are friendly, and they have an exemplary selection of frames. Many of my friends and family are now coming to Dr. Sivas because he is such a great doctor. Dr. Sivas takes his time and does nice work. He also provides good follow up care. The prices are some of the lowest around, so it's very affordable. The office is clean...which is more than I can say for most offices...and they have a nice waiting area. I was very pleased with the exam I was given, and will definitely be going back again. The staff is friendly, I received my glasses within a reasonable length of time, I received complimentary dispensing, and I had a good experience. They do not rush you in and out like some offices, but rather, they provide a complete exam, so I felt like I received an excellent service.
