I was looking for a specific product to clean my son's grave marker. The ladies there were very nice and spent several minutes helping me. They referred me to other businesses in the area that might have what I needed and one of them gave me detailed instructions on how to clean the granite around my son's marker. Wonderful customer service I haven't experienced in this area in many years. *Invalid Date via Direct* --- **Chicagocubpower \.\.** - 5/5 > If your interested in engraving any Firearms (slides etc) I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The employees are nice and I was not charged for their attempt to engrave however, the damage done on a weapon that is dear to my heart cannot be repaired. The attempted engraving was crooked and actually rubbed off the weapon. Instead of apologizing the guys just stands there dumbfounded and hands me back my damaged weapon. Complete and total failure in their craft and trade. Unacceptable. Update 10/20/15 The management at Sunnyside Trophy ( Susan ) were kind enough to offer to assist in the cost of repair to my weapon. Deputy Cotta of Kings Guns Center was able to coordinate with PBR Coatings ( www.pinstripingbyrat.com ) of Exeter for a Memorial Tribute via taped interview regarding the personal meaning of this weapon. Every year, our organization order awards from them. This year I personally went in to place the order. The lady, Sue, was very rude and didn't listen to my needs. She didn't answer my questions politely and she didn't bother to show me the different awards I can get. It makes me feel sad to walk into a business like this because I thought they were a professional business.
