I asked about returns they said they only do store credit. I had already purchased the collars and I was hesitant to keep them at this point. I went ahead and kept them. They were pretty, fit her just right. I was happy with my purchase until a few days of wearing the collar or collars, I noticed a musty/moldy smell on my dog's neck, her eyes were very watery too. I checked the collar and sure enough it smelled musty/moldy. I called them and said I'd like my money back on the three collars I bought because they smelled bad and I don't think this is healthy for my dog. They said again, no refunds! I said you can't sell a defective product and not give a refund. They also informed me if it was worn they would not take it back! I put my husband on the phone they told him the same thing but to come on in and talk to the owner. He has gone over there at least four or five times during business hours and they are always locked up tight! Now we are out $100.00 and a vet visit plus eye drops because my sweet doggy is still having excessive tearing from her eyes. I would not recommend this place to anyone! They totally ripped us off and they sell junky and dangerous products that are from god only knows where? Buyer beware, do not trust this vendor! They certainly do not care about you, your pet or your repeat business! I wouldn't even give one star but I couldn't figure out how to take it off! I hope this review helps someone else from getting ripped off and even more importantly, keep other pet babies from being harmed! The shop is shabby chick with leopard print walls, a full pet bakery and cute pet couture for every budget. You can also get great deals on pet meds.
