> I was quite impressed with the staff at my local T-Mobile store.  I was unceremoniously kicked off of an AT&T family plan and desperately needed a new service provider.  I happened by the store, parked my vehicle and just randomly walked in.  I was very pleased with the manner with which I was greeted by Omar.  He was good on the qualifying questions in order to extract the information necessary to serve me best.  Also, he was quite friendly and welcoming.  Shortly afterwards, we were joined by JoJo, the store’s manager.JoJo is obviously leading by example; a simple yet effective method of managing, which has proven many times, to be a successful fundamental management methodology.  JoJo seems to understand that the primary function of a manager is to continue to produce, what else?  New managers.  She too was exceptionally friendly and personable.  I have spent the majority of my sales career in retail, district, and then regional management.  Sales training was my primary function.  Later I joined Michelin, USA as a Western Regional Sales Manager and served as the primary sales trainer for this region.  Point being, I do have the ability recognize good talented people when I see them.This is the place to find them.Sorry for the excessive length of this review, but I think this team is really deserving of the notoriety and an excellent customer review.Thank you JoJo, Omar and the rest of the team at T-Mobile on Shaw and Marks.
