> David Tow gave me a quote to install an additional outlet for my electric car. After spending hours at the store to get the items needed (he had me do it on my own) and waiting a week to have the job done, he failed to show up for the appointment. I called an hour after his appointment time and left a message. I received a return call from his son stating that David forgot about the   appointment and couldn't come out for a week. He also increased the price of the job by $150! Completely unprofessional.
