> This bank sucks customer service is horrible , they don't care about the customers especially the lady at the front desk at the Ashland branch. They do nothing to help you out . My daughter only 17 wanted to bank with them we went in and lady was just so rude didn't help us with anything she barely even spoke to us horrible horrible horrible
