I've had a few issue the were caused by my own doing and talked with the great staff at VM. They took my trailer in and fixed it with out hurting my check book. I am completely satisfied with their operation and I have never needed any kind of support. The braking system worked excellent. My experience with this business has been entirely unsatisfactory in regards to product warranty support. On my second boat excursion, the trailer braking system failed while in route to our destination which was approximately 300 miles. The brakes activated while on an 5% decline stretch of highway. The trailer lost all brake fluid and burned the brake pads and rotors. When we arrived to our destination we called the dealer where we purchased our trailer and they assured us that the manufacturer would reimburse our repair expense. The repair cost was approximately $800.00. We felt confident that what we were told would be supported. Several months have passed and we have been denied our reimbursement. We will not purchase another boat trailer from this business when we purchase our new boat next year in 2007.
