They worked with me on price, and Steinway offered  short-term 0 % interest financing. I'm sure the salesman, Christian, would have liked to have sold me a more expensive model every bit as much as i would have liked to have bought one had i been able to afford it, but still, the entire company made me feel as though I was buying the greatest product ever made. (For the amount of money I paid, I did get the greatest instrument ever manufactured in my opinion.)Delivery men were very young but were thoroughly professional, helpful, and courteous. They went to great lengths to get my old baby grand piano, which I needed moved to a relative's home the day the new one arrived, into its new location, which was an old farmhouse with narrow doorways.if a person is willing to spend just a small amount more than he or she might otherwise have spent, the customer can own a Steinway-designed instrument as opposed to something substantially inferior to anything designed by Steinway.. It's worth every cent.  And customers are treated extremely well by the associates of this company. i could not recommend any business more highly.","rating":5,"date_published":"2015-21-05"}]}
