> I bought tires n rims less than a year..one of the tires cracked on side wall..let the owner know since it should be covered under warranty..owner states it happened because of road conditions.. Which is a lie its a defect n should of been covered under warranty..I told him that I want to see warranty rules n he said he didn't have it..looked online cracked tires should be covered under warranty.. I do not recommend this business..

> If in the Fresno area DO NOT USE WEST COAST TIRE!!!!! They don't honor their warranties & in fact try to get you for more money after you point out that they sold you bad tires!! I have taken my car to 3 shops in town & gotten the same exact diagnosis that my tires are separating from manufacturing defects, when I take it to West Coast Tire they insist that my shocks are bad & that is causing my tire issues, so for the price of new shocks & tires my problem will go away!!! I am not a stupid woman & will not put up with your crap!!!!

> Terrible business practices. I bought a set of tires from them on a Monday they did not balance the tires at all. On Tuesday I went back and they only balanced the front after asking them to balance all four. On Wednesday I went back and finally finish the job they should have done on Monday. On Thursday I went to have my old tires dismounted so I could sell them and they tore the bead on 2 of my tires and tried to tell me they were already like that. Dishonest and unprofessional.
