> Our apartment house was previously run by the owner, who was always minimally involved or concerned with the condition of the units. Westco Equities has done a very good job maintaining the units. The job they do with repairs has been quick and thorough. Their staff is friendly,helpful and responsive to our needs. We have lived here with the company managing the house for over three years and are very pleased with them.
