Often times an artist, a workman (like me) or just someone who needs metal can buy a sheet for a $1.00 or $5.00 that would cost 10x as must elsewhere.  They're great for that . And they're generally very nice people if you're patient with them. 2)   It's not a typical scrap recycler with big piles.  All of the SS, aluminum, sheet, perf steel and pipe is laid out to see.  Bronze, brass, copper and lots of very interesting things is there in big barrels.  See something shiny you want out of brass?  It will be $2.00a lb (or the going rate).  When there for $6.00 picked up 3 large very big aluminum pasta cooking pots.  At the store they'd be $25 to 35.00 each.  $6 total. yeah they needed cleaning but they weren't even bent.  If you wanted to make something in ART or DESIGN.   There's tonsliterally of stuff there that you could shine and it would look like a $1000.  Why. 'Cause that's the real price of bronze, brass, copper now.   So buy it 'used' or scrap and help yourself.  Enjoy.  If you find it 'good' write a review.  If it's bad for some reason.  It's your fault.  : )","rating":4,"date_published":"2012-14-09"}]}
