> I was appalled by the customer service and the rudeness of the employees.  First of all, two different employees told me two different prices for the basic cakes, which was misleading.  Also, after i was given an iPad to look through cake pictures, no one asked me if i needed help for a long time.  Even if a bakery is busy, each customer should be given individualized attention, especially when someone is about to spend several hundred dollars on a wedding cake. A simple, "Are you finding everything ok?" "When you have any questions, just let us know," or "We will be right with you" would have sufficed.  When i finally got service and was able to purchase a couple cupcakes to take home, an employee asked me how old i was and said i looked too young to get married.  This was completely disrespectful and inappropriate.  Even after i said how old i was, the employee continued and said, "I was thinking to myself, 'I hope she's not 16!'  You look about 16 to 19, and that's too young to get married."  A business is there to serve its customers not pass judgment on them. As for the cupcakes, mom's betty crocker cupcakes take the cake.
