> English is his & staffs second language. the office/facility can be off putting as it's very modest in appearance & located in a small strip mall type environment. However, do not let these things detour you from giving Dr. Doan a chance. He is a seasoned professional who is very direct & honest with his approach in communication & doesn't tolerate BS nor drama. You must understand that if your looking for care other than the basics, he is your first stop towards getting to a specialist. He is very kind with an unparalleled old school bedside manner. He genuinely cares about his patients well being. His staff is very direct yet friendly & will assist you above & beyond the call of duty as long as you are calm & respectful of them & the work they do. The only reason I have changed primary physician care from Dr. Doan is that I have relocated to southern Orange County... the drive is simply too far/long for me. if you live within a reasonable distance of his office, give Dr. Doan the opportunity. There are not many like him left in practice... the old saying "they don't make them like that anymore" definitely applies. I've been to doctors who's office(s) are bright shiny new facilities yet did not receive the quality of care that I did with Dr. Doan in his modest facility. I have the utmost respect & admiration for Dr. Doan & wish it were possible to remain his patient.
