> SCAM!! ALERT!! These people are scum.  They list a home for a low price and say that they will be taking offers that same day and sell it to the best offer on that day.  They get lots of people to come and then the next day they list the house again for double the price!  Don't go to their listings!  Don't waste your time.  They did this to me twice, once in Downey and then this past weekend in Cerritos.
