> I have to say that my experience with this company was nothing but great.  From the moment the representative knocked on my door to the time the technician can out and installed my alarm.  I have to say that I normally do not allow strangers in my home but the young man who I spoke to was very detailed and not too pushing.  I felt I was making the right decision by protecting my loved ones and personal belongings.  I have and would continue to recommend this company to friends and family.

> I had a very bad experience with this company, a few months ago i had a service done in my car. the alarm would go off at any time for no reason . I retuned to the site to get it fixed and the employes were very rude. I would not recommend any one that I know. I suggest that the hole entire site be trained to be more professional

> I had such a horrible experience with FSM Alarms. On February 12, I signed a contract with a deposit of$109 for installation. Upon hearing negative feedback from family and friends, I immediately cancelled the following morning. According to the contract, customers are allowed to cancel within 3 days. Not only they didn't cancel my account properly, they have also cashed my check. I've called and spoken with many reps there asking for a refund for almost 3 weeks now. Although they promised to pay me back every time I called in, it never happened. In my opinion $109 didn't seem a lot, but it was the respect and trust that I looked for. This company does not have good business ethics. I will make sure everyone I know, their family &amp; friends and businesses would not choose FSM Alarms.
