Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. Even with mri's, x-rays and a orthopedic surgeons report stating I needed back surgery would they consider helping me with my pain. They lowered my dosage and put me on methadone, something that shocked me. To them, everyone is a dope addict, even with severe back pain they will do nothing for you, take your business elsewhere!","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-06-07"},{"author_name":"fullertonphotos","review_text":"I have foolishly been seeing Dr.Kwock at Premier Pain Consultants for over a year now. Everytime I visit him I tell him my pain is not controlled and he tells me that because of lawsuits and how the medicines can be abused he would not adjust my pain medicine. I have never abused the medicine nor had any issues with anything. But Kwock is too concerned with covering his tail and not concerned enough with patient care and comfort. Apparently Dr. Kwock didn't agree to the hypocratic oath when he became a doctor. It's about patient care and not about how his peers might feel if he helped his patients feel less pain and be comfortable. I hope I can find a "good" pain management doctor. I know they are difficult to find. If you consider going to Dr. Weiwah Rob  Kwock, please reconsider and try to find a caring, responsible doctor that is more concerned with his/her patients than ANYTHING else. I attempted to communicate how I felt to Dr. Kwock and his ego immediately jumped in and he told me he was "offended" and he refused to think he might come across as uncaring. If he would have been receptive to an outside point of view he may have been in danger of becomeing a very good doctor. He has potential but until he opens his eyes and cares less about beaurocracy and more about people in pain under his care he will not reach his full potential. Dr. Kwock has refused service to me because I offended him. I do believe this is immoral as he controls any medications I receive for pain control. I do know karma can be unpleasant and this is one of those cases that it will bite him in the end.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-20-08"}]}
