Every time I come in there will be a different sales associate who claims they're either owner/part-owner.  I bought a box of metal clips for hair extension for $15, and no sales tax.  A month later, I came back this time a different person gave me a price of $20 for the very same brand, model, size, color hair metal clips and tax was added.
