> Overcharging customer without noticing. They charge more than the (current right in the lounge) menu price and said it was "new year so we changed our price". If. You are a business and you didn't change your menu before you "change your price", don't make the customer pay for it if you are not organized. This is not to mention their servers that didn't even want to serve us, even when we tried our best to even be extra polite just to test their servicing. For some place that is known for class, there was non whatsoever.
