I bought a refrigerator in 8/1/11, that evening I went to buy food, 4 days later the freezer went out after purchasing food.  I called the owner on Sunday let him know my food is not frozen he said he would come out on Monday morning.  He came out replace the part, but when I asked him to replace the food that went bad because he sold me a product that does not work.  I beg and pleaded and let him know I just spent $250.00 on groceries and to offer me something he basically told me to go fly a kite. He kept menioning the policy, but what about just doing what is right.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-08-08"}]}
