I asked if they see walk-in patients.  The three young ladies at the reception desk appeared reluctant to speak with me.  Finally, one young lady told me that I would have to make an appointment, and wouldn't be seen for more than a week.  I asked if they accept my method of payment, and the young lady said, 'I'm not sure.\"  No effort to inquire from someone that may have the answer. I faxed the document at 12 noon yesterday.  They said they would call, but never did.  I called at 4pm and he hadnt even reviewed it.  I called the following day and he had not reviewed the case or left my alternate prescription with the aids, and he's out of the office.They're service is awful, I waited 1.5 hours for an appt a 1pm.
