> I am using this Venue for my wedding reception. The hall holds 299 people. (why not 300 is beyond me). It  has a kitchen you  can use & a bar they will run.  They do offer catering but you dont have to use them you can bring in your own. The hall comes complete with tables,chairs, white linen & coffee. (Huge saver for me). There is a deposit  of 450.00 that is refundable after 10 days. If you happen to cancel they will hold $50.00.   After we made our depsit we did receive a receipt but we did not get a copy of the contract. We were told that we would receive it within 3 weeks via mail or fax due to the the head person was not in daily. They require a walk through of the unit for deposit purposes. For a Saturday event the price was great $1600.00 bucks for a hall that size with tables chairs,linens, and coffee (great price).  The event person (Vitto) is very understanding , helpful & went out of way to meet with me during my busy schedule. The vendors can get there as early as 9:00 am for set up. You can't nail or tape anything to the walls. You can bring in Cider for your toast but no alcohol (because they run the bar). The ceiling is not the best looking so I am looking into draping it. When asked if I could do so they informed me that nobody has ever done it before but as long as the material is non flamabile than it shouldnt be a problem. There is an Elks head on the left Wall (but what do you expect  you are at the elks lodge) You can cover it or decorate it. You have to provide a security guard for your event they do have a preferred  person, and you must obtain a dance permit through the city.  The day I went they were setting up for a birthday I will try and post pictures on this site or yelp so people can see it. Over all my experiance so far has been great!
