I needed the results expedited;however when I booked the appointment they never mentioned to me that there would be a $150 expedite fee to get them within 24 hours! so before I got upset for not letting me know in advanced I decided to call and talk to the manager first. I spoke with Stanley at the office and he listened to what I had to say. I was expecting him to say well sorry we cant help you and that was not the case. Stanley waived the $150 expedite processing fee and his words were \" Jacob I know your stressed out and I understand you, do not worry I will get this done for you.\" and just like that. I am glad I didn't call him and go off on him, who knows it probably would have gone sour. There were 3 inspectors total and all of them made my clients feel extremely comfortable from the moment they arrived. This is a luxury property and my clients expect only the best! no exceptions. The 3 inspectors showed up on time, clean and with the right tools for such a large property inspection. All inspectors introduced them selves and explained what we should expect within the next couple hours and got right to work. Stan & John got to work on the home inspection side while frank performed the plumbing inspection. Once the inspection was completed inspector Stanley I believe it was calmly sat us all down and went through the entire findings by category: foundation, roof, electrical etc...the inspector was exceedingly sharp and detailed but more importantly the way he elaborated the findings to my clients without scaring them, on the other hand educating my clients and my self. I've truly never had an inspector explain repairs so perfectly if there is such a thing. Lastly was Frank who found some minor root intrusion. We received the report later that night which was super convenient due to a 10 day escrow. In total I was able to negotiate repairs and credits for my clients which saved them thousands.
