> Charged me copay for filling 3 cavities insisting on cash. and failed to tell me they only filled 2 cavities. and that I had to come back. (Cigna does not charge co-pay for front cavities)  I call this fraud. I was charged $175.00 on 7-2-2014 and it has not been refunded as of 9-29-2014.  All I can get are excuses.  I would give it -3 stars if I could.  Did not do a cleaning on 6 month check-up.  did not tell me how many cavities until they collected co-pay. Refused to give me an appointment to have a visible cavity filled saying "We do not except HMO and never did"  but could not explain why they had a chart for me.  They are more interested on collecting co-pay than filling cavities.
