In the end we ended up buying a new toilet and tried to install it ourselves but our flange was installed crookedly which made the job to overwhelming. James came to install our toilet and rigged it in such a way so that the new toilet is level. I wish I had called Mr. Drain Plumbing from the very beginning and saved myself all the headache leading up to it. I was referred to Mr. Rescue Plumbing and Drain Cleaning by our neighbor.  The plumber who came to our house checked and advised that a new clean out has to be installed. He gave us a free estimate. I told that I would check and call them back. I tried a few different plumbers and they all advised the same. I found the pricing of Mr. Rescue Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to be the best amongst all. I called them back after 2 days and fixed in an appointment to have the clean out installed. The plumber came in as per the scheduled time and did the job well.
