> They have bad customer service. I bought a package of  regular linguica found out after cooking it was hot (mislabeled package). I called the company told them I have been buying this stuff for 15 years and they told me they would tell the packaging department. No refund, no replacement, nothing. This stuff is expensive!

> My daughter lives in Chicago and unable to get Silva's linguicia there. Sent her another brand for Christmas - what a mistake that was - she said it was OK but absolutely nothing like Silva's -so got on line and found your company and she will be receiving more Jan 11, 2013.
