I called American Cool and Heat the next morning.There was a tech at our home about 2 hours later.  He diagnosed our problem (we needed a new blower motor) and fixed it. He cleaned the lines, and replaced our humidifier filter, and made recommendations for things we could do to keep it clean.  When he installed the new motor, he tested the air flow at several place in our home, to make sure everything was set properly. He was thorough, efficient, and professional.
