After shopping around I found they were also very competitively priced. I spent 3 days going back and forth trying to get the right equipment for job I needed to complete. Spent 1,500.00 and took there suggestions and rented 3 different types of equipment to complete the task and to no avail. Each time I was there I spent over 2 hours waiting to get helped or waiting for someone to bring the equipment. Even though they misled me into renting the wrong equipment I did not receive a single penny in discounts. Even after they took my money and wasted all my time they did not once show any empathy. I was treated like a # not a person. Even when I called in the 2nd day after being given wrong equipment and told them I did not want discount just please have the right equipment ready for me they said "okay be here in 40". I get there in 40 and nothing was ready, I spent 2 hours just for some guy to bring me equipment that for starters did not work until mechanic came and fixed it. Then took the equipment to job site to find out again its not what was needed. I have dealt with 100's of companies and it has never been this bad where I felt the need to warn others. But I warn anyone who is not going to spend at least 3k a month here to not walk in!!
